Mid-West Farm Report

Heather Gayton, owner of ZanBria Artisan Farms and lead farmer of Farmers of the Roche-A-Cri, was a guest speaker on the Mid-West Farm Report. In her interview, Heather discusses building trust with watershed groups outside of the agricultural community. She says inviting these groups to meeting and farms has helped the group build trust with these community members. They’ve learned to speak each other’s language and have mitigated finger-pointing when it comes to improving water quality in the area.
